a poem for the new year

Wal-Mart loves me
i have many plans for us
i spend 3 hours a day in its aisles
there is not enough Wal-Mart
i start loving a second Wal-Mart
i love this Wal-Mart recklessly
like i would a celebrity
i still have 18 hours left in my day
i drive to 2 other Wal-Marts
one of them is abusive but i don't mind
because of the low prices
the 4th Wal-Mart smells like vinegar
i told it i would always be there
and that we would buy two bus tickets to Vancouver
and be happy
i told this to the 1st Wal-Mart
i laid down in its hair salon
and cried into its shampoo

thank you daniel.

fuck widescreen format.

gillette hyperspace 12 is true.

the sadness of elevators is true.

yes. i still work at ben & jerry's. and no one was there. i got bored and made a morally complacent and slightly depressed panda hand puppet.

i refuse to watch or purchase any movies in fullscreen format. even if they are ten dollars cheaper.

i also still work at the library. which means i get to read People magazine and Time and pretend to know what the hell is going on in the world since i don't have cable or internet at home.

sometimes when i'm not working i make a grilled cheese sandwich and eat it and enjoy it and feel terrible for eating curdled nutrient fluid that was secreted by the mammary gland of a female cow and liking it. and i watch the X-Files.
